Cougar Monitoring, one of the largest CCTV and Intruder alarm monitoring centres in the UK, has selected the Immix® Video Monitoring automation platform – a move which will make its services much more attractive to installers.

Immix® is a UL classified automation platform designed to receive alarm events from a range of devices including video, video analytics, industry standard receivers and access control systems.  Events from all of these devices are aggregated within the Immix® platform and are presented to the operator in a consistent, simple to use interface.

The Immix® platform features a single operator interface supporting a wide range of hardware from most major manufacturers. Its comprehensive audit trail logs everything an operator does, hears or witnesses.  It requires no  proprietary hardware such as peripherals, and utilizes a robust and scalable architecture  which is Microsoft server certified.
